Account & Verification

Identity verification — commonly called KYC (Know Your Customer) — is a standard requirement for all licensed online gaming platforms. At diorph, we require KYC to:

However, changes to your legal name or date of birth require you to contact our support team and submit supporting documentation, as these are tied to your KYC verification.

Deposits & Payments

diorph supports a wide range of payment methods popular with Filipino players, including:

Deposit processing times vary by payment method:

If your deposit hasn't reflected after the expected processing time, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

diorph does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own transaction fees. We recommend checking with your payment provider before making a deposit. Any fees charged by third-party payment providers are outside diorph's control.

Withdrawals

To withdraw from diorph, go to your account dashboard and select "Withdraw." Choose your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the request. Make sure your account is fully verified (KYC complete) before submitting a withdrawal — unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method you used for your most recent deposit where possible.

Withdrawal processing times at diorph are among the fastest in the Philippines:

  • GCash / Maya: Within 1–3 hours (most are processed within 30 minutes)
  • BPI / BDO / Metrobank (InstaPay): Within 1–6 hours
  • Bank transfer (PESONet): 1–2 banking days

Withdrawals submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may take slightly longer. Our finance team processes withdrawals daily including weekends.

Common reasons for withdrawal rejection include:

  • KYC verification not yet completed

Yes, you can forfeit an active bonus from your Account Settings page. However, forfeiting a bonus will also remove any bonus-derived winnings from your account.
